Tools for Regenerative Medicine
We are supporting the Scottish Stem Cell Network, and partners, in developing a 'Therapy Realisation
Pathway Tool'. This will enable researchers and companies to plan the commercialisation of new
regenerative medicine therapies. The project is being funded by the Technology Strategy Board,
Scottish Enterprise and BioQuarter. It builds on a Roadmapping project which we also supported.
Innovate for Growth
At the Technology Strategy Board's Innovation Conference we explained our services for
Mastering Innovation and Knowledge Exchange. These include creating Toolkits to support
Innovation Advisers, developing Roadmaps, animating Innovation Networks, and developing
Technology Pathway Tools. Networks seeking to exploit the interfaces between science, technology
and business can gain powerful synergy through collaboration with New Game-Plan.
Recent assignments
The following projects, supported by our Brain-Pool Workshops, have all drawn on our skills and tools:
- Developing a Roadmap for the transformation of the pharmacy sector in the UK.
- Establishing a Roadmap to take forward therapy pathways in regenerative medicine.
- Developing an industry-led collaborative Roadmap for aquaculture in Europe.
- Developing collaborative Networks for research foresight for a global biosciences company.
- Enabling internal stakeholders in a biosciences company to develop a new Code of Conduct.
- Working with stakeholders to evaluate contingency plans for responses to pandemics.
